By popular demand I have decided to remove this quaint anecdote.
I make this public apology to all those who were not able to get the joke, who got it but were offended, or for those that thought it was too random. The last thing I want on this blog is for any post to be random, or for anyone to be offended.

That is terrible. I bet not many people will get it.
-crickets chirping-
That's one of the worst stories I've ever heard. You're losing blog cred fast, Joe. You need to come up with something legit to stop the bleeding.
When you post something and it doesn't get a lot of comments, it means two possible things:
1-they don't get it.
2-it got too random.
There is a third possibility. It could mean people think you're a tool. I'm just saying.
hmmmmm....rethinking the revisitation here.
Angry guy and Ruth anne are right, Juicy. Please be careful about what you post, you can't get it back.
Juicy, I was just kidding, I loved it. If people can't find the humor in it, that is half the fun for us who can.
Bring it back, Bring it back, Bring it back!
Although I didn't care for the story, I liked how you made it your own. You are a shining star. You're already there. You're destined for superstardom. I can feel your heart.
Don't stop daring to dream, tiny blogger.
He's Back, Baby!
Darn, I missed it.
I'm so sorry I missed your original post. For what it's worth, the comments are their own source of entertainment.
Bummed that I missed it. I protest! Bring it back...come on!
